"I Can Tell What Hand You Like to Write With"
The Central Discovery:
If all of us are balanced, work and life will improve tremendously because you can finally see. Most people should be 2-3 inches taller than they are. We've been using crutches without realizing—things either too hard or too soft. We didn't experience balance.
This is not about achieving perfect symmetry. It's about being able to love the side you hate more.
No genre, no bells and whistles. As neutral as it can be. Balance is what this book is about. The effects that happen because of trauma, braces/dental retainers, chewing habits, and eye patches used on your dominant eye.
Have a test on the cover about being able to read left to right, but then switch it to right to left midway—like a cut block. Then start the page from left to right again. Whoever was quicker, do a test of 1,000 people. If it's not more than 89% or higher, forget about this.
If the right eye can read it a millisecond quicker than the left eye after 5 tries, then they are stronger on the right, weaker on the left. So left-eye-strength users should read it a millisecond slower unless it's flipped for them.
That's why people say: "How can you love someone else if you don't love YOURSELF?"
You're only seeing their full picture because you choose not to look at your own. You're only seeing half—maybe less than half—of your true potential. Achieve it.
The brain is a crazy thing. Barbers get paid to make you feel symmetrical, or make you love the side you like even more. Same with plastic surgeons. I've always told myself I had potential. My narcissistic ways have finally achieved/achieving it.
The Core Principle:
Anytime a question is asked "this or this," you must pick the direct middle of that or that. Find the middle because that is the balanced answer.
At first, physically just point or look down the middle. Then later on, when you've finally gained understanding, think about that answer and come to your own solution—the most balanced choice of them all that you can decide.
Don't show children "this or that." Show them this, that, and the balanced correct path. Show them sweets and greens—and show them the combination. Show them not content, not excitement—show them the balance.
Put yourself on the back of a straight wall. Heels, shoulder blades, lower back, and back of skull must touch. Keep that to improve.
Why it matters: Your entire alignment depends on spinal symmetry. Most of our imbalances start here.
Teach children to breathe with both nostrils. If one is plugged, unplug it quickly. Or plug the other one? Neither of those is correct—those are "this or that."
The balanced way: Unplug the nose, then plug the other nostril and have them breathe the same amount on the other one. This regains slow blood flow from not having as much oxygen pushed over there. Continue life like that to retain balance.
Make sure you chew one day left and one day right to keep structure of bone and symmetry. When you chew only on one side, one side of your face grows stronger while the other atrophies.
Result: Facial asymmetry, jaw misalignment, and imbalance throughout your entire body.
Use an eye patch on your dominant eye to strengthen the weaker one. We overcompensate with our stronger eye, leaving the other underdeveloped.
Goal: Equal visual strength = equal brain hemisphere activation.
Stop permanently flexing one side of your body. You're permanently flexing one side for strength while the other side never gets used. One side is fatter because it grew but was never worked out. One side is weaker and can't hold the same resistance, and elasticity gets rigid.
Result: You lose facial symmetry if you don't find BALANCE.
When we lift heavy, we overcompensate our weaker muscles with our stronger ones, therefore not being balanced and striving for your own perfection. We do the same thing with everything else in life as well.
Solution: Be skinny, then get big. Never dirty bulk. You won't get complete peak physical condition by overcompensating.
When we have to pee really bad, we subconsciously hold all the liquid on the stronger side of our stomach. If we're tilting one way, that's the strong side of your core.
That relaxing, stress-free feeling you get during your pee? That's your back going back to its neutral position and resting. Your back is at complete ease for those 5-10 seconds.
Do our brains have some type of history passed down from our generational families' brains? Like how back in the 70s, abusiveness was not vilified as it is now? But now it's a taboo of a very few, and it all came after a generation or two that most of the population changed their opinion on it.
If some people who were niche back in the 70s had children whose children took that into their brains and slowly converted into not damaging your brain for the sake of your future and protecting your physical body from any type of damage—that's why we've been progressing our entire species' lives.
That's why our brain wants us to protect it so badly—so we can achieve whatever it is they're not able to. Each generation knew how to do something, and then it got passed down to the next, who developed a new idea with that. Then the next line thought to do this with that.
That's why guesses that say "that's a 280,083,774:1 chance" is literally our brains computing probabilities. Any world future problems we have right now that need a solution—the human or brain that hasn't been developed in that ratio hasn't been born or developed further yet.
Conclusion: People don't just find crazy ideas. We are literally getting smarter and smarter every generation, with many trials and errors for thousands of years.
How Imbalance Manifests:
That's why our faces all now look different. One side has chosen a side, one has chosen the other, while a select few have gotten the balanced path. You can see it in ambidextrous people, in people with ADHD.
I've personally chosen the right side of my face. Their right, my left side.
Find the balance in life with diet, workout, and love. Find your balance. Not just someone who would tolerate you, but the one who will balance you with theirs. That's the one and only for you. The balance in life. The inner peace and light.
Maybe that's why the probability of the number of people who are truly compatible is so few. How can you pick that person when you haven't found your own self? You'll just be having one side choose what you think is the perfect side, and over time you'll see your other side you desire because you haven't had the opposite and you crave to experience it once again.
You need the balance of your true self to be your partner.
A ruler is for balance. That's what we call conquerors and humans who ruled more than one. It's our brain seeing what we need to become: a ruler within ourselves.
Not to conquer weight or anything, but to conquer our bodies. Push our bodies to the limits of their capabilities—spinal movement, flexibility, strength—all incorporated into its balance of itself, then in life.
Final Wisdom:
We fall into other people's ideals in order to find our own ideal. Don't be distracted by people's subcultures to truly find who you are and your own culture. You are your own, and only you can truly control that.
The meaning behind a lot of humanity's standards is deeply hidden in plain sight, so nobody is truly grasping the middle part. We always need a means to an end. An ending and a beginning. We love starts and finishes. This or that. But the truth is in the balance.
